It’s been a while since I help to some french people with project GCfilms.

GCfilms is a gtk2-perl application used to manage a movie collection. Information such as director, actors or even who borrowed it are associated to a movie. User can perform some searches using many criteria in order to find a movie (e.g. to watch or to lend it).

GCfilms can be used on any operating systems that have a gtk2-perl version. It has mainly been tested on GNU/Linux workstations but also on Win32 systems.

User can add, remove or modify movies. When a new film is added, data can be automatically fetched from Internet web sites to save user time.

There are availabe source packages and binary packages for most popular distros: Debian, Ubuntu and Fedora. There is a Windows version as well.
