I’ve released Camera Monitor, which is a system tray icon that notifies you when your Webcam is On. This way, you can know if someone is watching you. Yes, i’m a fuckin’ paranoid!

It is designed for the GNOME Desktop, but should work on KDE and XFCE as well.
